From engineer to federal lobbyist; from human resource strategist to image consultant and many positions in between; Marva uses these diverse experiences and her unique skill set to create an environment in which her clients and audiences can participate in personal transformation. Marva is the author of three workbooks; “I Don’t Need NO Manners, ‘Cause I Live in the HOOD!” (a train-the-trainer Hood Zone workshop that benefits at-risk and incarcerated youth), “Branding YOU, Incorporated; A Guide to Creating & Maintaining Your Personal Brand”, and “The Civility Playbook: Avoiding the Fouls in Life that Can Get You Thrown Out of the Game”. Marva Goldsmith & Associates recently received tax exempt status to operate a 501 C(3) corporation, UXsformU! (You Transform You!). UXsformU! will provide funding for the Hood Zone Workshops.
